Step 1 — Scan the QR
Open your phone camera and point it at the QR code on the product sticker. It opens the warranty registration page with your product’s details already filled in. You never type a code by hand.
Step 2 — Register with your mobile number
Enter your mobile number first. If you have registered a GALLEY product before, your details fill in automatically. Confirm your number, accept the terms, and you’re done — your warranty confirmation is sent on WhatsApp.
Step 3 — Track your products any time
Use Track My Products and enter the same mobile number to see every GALLEY item you own, with its warranty number and validity. One number holds them all.
How to spot a genuine product
- A clean, printed sticker with a scannable QR code and a unique product code.
- The code opens an official GALLEY registration page — not a random website.
- The product grade and size are printed clearly on the label.
Register the day it’s installed — before the packaging (and sticker) is thrown away.
